A: Shipping cost to all countries of the European Union is the same. We charge £14.95 including VAT per order. But if you order more than £200 this delivery will be for you absolutely FREE! We only utilize known carriers for shipping our blinds. For Genuine-roofblinds.co.uk UPS or DPD delivers your order directly to your door.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: On the page of each product, above its price, there’s information about the expected time of shipment implementation. FAKRO blinds will arrive after 8-9 working days (blackout blinds ARF I colour group, awning blinds AMZ, venetian blind AJP I colour group) or 13-15 working days (roller blinds ARS, ARP, blackout blinds ARF II and III colour group, venetian blinds AJP II colour group, pleated blinds APS). Working days include days from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. You will also be able to see the estimated time of delivery when you add products to your shopping basket.

A: You have the right to return the products without providing a reason, under withdrawal from the agreement within 14 days since receipt of the products. However, remember that this doesn’t apply to products manufactured for individual order. In Genuine-RoofBlinds.co.uk store, the products manufactured for individual order are marked with the date of delivery 12-14 working days. Remember that the returned product must be unused and undamaged. IMPORTANT: all FAKRO blinds have transparent plastic window through which you can see the colour of the blind. Thanks to that, you don’t need to open it and destroy the packaging to determine whether you like the colour! Possibility of return does not apply to business entities.

Q: I ordered the item, the delivery time declared on your site has passed and I still have not receive it. What shall I do?
A: Please contact us using our contact form. We will check with the courier what could be the matter and current status of the package. Please remember, that the delivery time could be little bit longer than declared on our site, unfortunately we do not have any influence on that. We always send the order as soon as possible.
